Spring into Motion Challenge Results
Great Work Everyone!!!!
Together, everyone who participated accumulated almost 15, 000 minutes of movement in two weeks!!!
Everyone found different ways to get moving from yoga to yard work, walking on the treadmill, or playing Wii bowling, bike rides or soccer, Zumba or strength training!
