Individuals may choose to send items to their friends from other houses or their cousin in Alberta. (The office has lots of envelopes so let us know if you need any in advance!) |

This is a day to spread KINDNESS in a physically distant way! Go out for a drive, in small groups and wave to every vehicle you meet!! Drive past the homes of friends and family and give them a honk and a wave! |

Each individual is encouraged to create a poster, vision board or piece of art about themselves. They can use words, drawings, or cut pictures from newspapers and magazines to share about themselves and what is important to them. Please take pictures of the process and the products for us to share on Social Media! |
